All data transmitted between your device and fastlotwin servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Payment details entered during a UPI or Paytm transaction are never stored in plain text on our systems.

Account Security

Two-step verification is available for all accounts. We strongly recommend enabling it under Account Settings. Any unrecognised login attempt triggers an automated email alert to your registered address within seconds.

Data Retention

We keep transaction records, including PhonePe and UPI logs, for the minimum period mandated by applicable financial regulations. Once that retention period expires, records are permanently deleted from our servers.

Account Closure
